180 Days Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at LAMEEKU, that’s why we offer a 180 days return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 180days from the delivery date.

What’s the return policy?

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 180 days from when the original order was received.

Items may be returned within 180 days of receipt. Returns must include the original packing slip (or a print of the email confirmation). Circle the items being returned and a note that you are requesting a refund. We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has to track on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund
 

if you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

  • If the product has quality problems or is received in the wrong size/colour product, please contact us in time, and a full refund will be given after the order is processed. (We bear the freight)
  • The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage to the product will void the refund.
  • If you place the wrong order and change your mind and want to return the product, you can return or exchange the product, but the shipping cost will be borne by you

What about the Cancellation?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund
 

Who charges for the return shipping fee?

There are two types of return shipping costs:
First: If you choose the wrong phone model size or you don’t like the style and want to return or change it after receiving the products, the customer is responsible for the return and re-delivery cost.

Second: If you receive the wrong style/colours/model/defective/damaged product, LAMEEKU will bear all shipping costs and after receiving the return your money.

What should I do if I receive the wrong/defective product?

if you receive the wrong/defective product, please follow the next guidelines:

1. If the product has quality/wrong size/wrong colour problems, please contact us in time, and a full refund will be given after the order is processed.(We bear the freight)
2. The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage
3. The product will void the refund.


Time of processing a return?

The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 180 days from when the original order was received.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
 

Please Note:
If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of the LAMEEKU representatives to get authorization.

Once we have received your returned item, you will receive a refund notification via email. PayPal refund usually takes 1-3 business days and Credit card refunds usually take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service: Service@custype.com
