We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Custype, that’s why we offer a 30 days return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

What’s the return policy?

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

Returns must include the original packing slip (or a print of the email confirmation). Circle the items being returned and note that you are requesting a refund. We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has to track them. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund

What about the Cancellation?

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.

Who charges for the return shipping fee?

There are two types of return shipping costs:
First: If you choose the wrong phone model size or you don’t like the style and want to return or change it after receiving the products, the customer is responsible for the return and re-delivery cost.

Second: If you receive the wrong style/colors/model/defective/damaged product, Custype will bear all shipping costs, and will be re-sent to you in the correct case or after receiving the return money.

What should I do if I receive the wrong/defective product?

 If the product has quality/wrong size/wrong color problems, please contact us in time, and will be re-sent to you in the correct case or after receiving the return money.

What time of processing a return?

The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
Returns will be processed within 2-3 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.

If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of the Custype representatives to get authorization.

Once we have received your returned item, you will receive a refund notification via email. PayPal refund usually takes 1-3 business days and Credit card refunds usually take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
